BIOGRAPHY:

Dr. Falin Wu is an associate professor in the School of Instrumentation Science and Opto-electronics Engineering at Beihang University, China. He also works for the Regional Centre for Space Science and Technology Education in Asia and the Pacific (China) (affiliated to the United Nations) (RCSSTEAP). He received his PhD degree from Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, Japan. After completing his PhD in 2004 he spent four years working at RMIT University in the School of Mathematical and Geospatial Sciences as a Research Fellow. He had more than 15 years research experience in GNSS positioning, navigation and tracking, satellite signal processing, GNSS atmospheric physics and meteorology, and space geodesy. He has authored or co-authored over 100 navigation-related publications. He is also a member of the ION, IEEE and AGU.
