BIOGRAPHY:

Michael S. Braasch holds the Thomas Professorship in the Ohio University School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and is a Principal Investigator with the Ohio University Avionics Engineering Center. Professor Braasch has been working with the Avionics Engineering Center for the past 31 years and during that time has performed research in GPS, INS, Integrated Navigation, cockpit displays and UAV technologies. He has served as a Visiting Scientist at the Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands and has lectured for NATO on navigation topics. He is an instrument-rated commercial pilot and is the co-founder and Technical Director of GPSoft LLC.
